Viewers can expect to see teams and drivers of race series such as DTM, ALMS and MotoGP.

The show is produced fortnightly and also encourages viewer participation, which can be seen on the program’s YouTube presence: http://www.youtube.com/dunlopinsideracing. Also, for more fans of more extreme motoring, the Dunlop Challenges channel features stunt driving such as Loop the Loop, J-turns and jumps: http://www.youtube.com/DunlopChallenges.

One of the latest pieces of footage incredibly demonstrates the manoeuvrability of 3 cars when kitted out with the SP Street Response tyres. In the video, the stunt coordinator even reveals they had to slightly over-inflate the tyres as the grip was too good to perform the skids required for the stunt!

With plenty of insight into competition racing as well as stunts and other features, Inside Racing looks to be a great source for petrolheads and motorsports fans alike.

Mercedes-Benz B-Class Fuel Cell

Mercedes-Benz B-Class Fuel Cell

Thanks to a relatively easy-to-adapt infrastructure and generous incentives from the U.S. government, the automotive industry as a whole might be focused on EVs and plug-in hybrids, but Mercedes-Benz stays bullish on hydrogen as our fuel of the future. Based on a scale of sheer technological ambition, Mercedes-Benz has embraced hybrid, clean diesel and electric power trains. But its fuel cell research eclipses those efforts by miles. Planning to make 200 fuel cell vehicles available for lease worldwide in the last half of 2010, Mercedes has put nearly 3 million miles of testing into its alt-fuels flagship. Washington, D.C. and California, expected to receive about 70 of those test vehicles. Somewhere between $800 and $1000, the monthly lease payment is expected be in line with that of a Mercedes-Benz C-Class, although exact pricing is not yet determined. The new B-Class, leapfrogging the first generation Mercedes-Benz fuel cell stack that appeared in the 2004 A-Class, boasts 30 percent more power coupled with packaging that’s 40 percent more compact. With a significant improvement over the previous iteration, the new system is able to start in temperatures as low as minus 13 degrees Fahrenheit. This is the same start up time as a diesel engine at 5 degrees Fahrenheit.
